Neogen Dermalogy Poreraser Clear BHA Pad are microfiber exfoliating pads designed to help purify pores and gently improve skin texture. They contain 0.9% Betaine Salicylate (BHA), a lipid-soluble exfoliant that works inside the pore to help remove excess sebum and dead skin cells responsible for blackheads and uneven texture.

The formula combines AHA, PHA, and LHA at low irritation levels to provide comprehensive exfoliation, both on the surface and within the pore, while respecting the skin barrier. Continued use helps the skin appear more even, balanced, and with visibly refined pores.

These pads are enriched with botanical extracts such as evening primrose, pine, green tea, grape, and persimmon, which provide purifying and antioxidant properties. Guaiazulene, derived from chamomile, helps soothe the skin, while panthenol and a hyaluronic acid complex help maintain hydration and comfort after exfoliation.

Made with ultrafine microfiber, one hundred times thinner than a human hair, they offer a gentle application without friction, making them suitable even for sensitive or acne-prone skin. They are an ideal step after cleansing to keep pores clean and prepare the skin for subsequent treatments.
