Shipment & Delivery

We ship to any country in the European Union and to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and Andorra. Shipping costs vary depending on the country.

Spain (except Ceuta and Melilla): €10 — free shipping on orders over €600.

Cyprus, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Special Autonomous Regions, Outermost Regions, and Overseas Countries and Territories (please check the final price in advance in the latter case due to special circumstances): €50 — Free shipping over €2500.

UK: £50 — free shipping on orders over £2500.

All other European Union countries: €20 — Free shipping on orders over €1000.

Order & Payment Process

As an authorised distributor, we get 100% Korean products to your business in a few easy steps.

First, you’ll need to create an account with us. This gives you access to the Korean brands available to you (varies by country), minimum order quantities and wholesale prices.

Then, add the products to your cart—where you can review shipping costs and order details—and submit your order. We’ll check stock and the finer details on our end before you pay for the order. 

We will then send you the invoice, which must be paid by bank transfer. Once the payment has been processed, we will prepare and ship the products within 24 to 72 hours (maximum three working days). You will receive an email confirmation once the order is on its way. Please note that in exceptional circumstances such as promotional campaigns, launches or logistical incidents, this period may be extended.
